It took me 4 to 5 tries and finally defeat the boss love the combat style

Hey DNC what do you think about the combat system? I played the demo quite a bit and it really didn't click for me. I find Eve soooo slow, she just casually walks when aiming a target which is so frustrating, I also hate the non-cancellable extremely long animation. There are so many instances where you see an attack coming but you can't dodge/parry cause you're stuck in the animation. Also I find most of the enemies attack lacking a lot of signs, it's sometimes really hard to know if you're supposed to dodge or parry.
So far I'm really not convinced and I don't think that I'll buy the game.
What about you? Did you enjoy the demo and combat system?

I find it a bit clunky. Not in combat but everywhere else. Like it can be hard to interact with the shops or ladders because the character has a wide turning radius. Running (even when sprinting) feels a little sluggish. Lots of little things like that.

Combat is like Sekiro, but there are a lot of Nier elements that aren't in the demo. Like you can do sidequests for various townsfolk.
We haven't seen what the ranged weapon/gunplay is actually like though, since it wasn't in the demo.

Not worse at all,the graphics are better than DMC5 and the gameplay is just as good,sounds like maybe easier? Since DMC5 gameplay is very hard as we all know
