We are lucky to have this concert on video, of course once in a lifetime performance by magma, unique, menacing, the tension build up is almost palpable, sometimes words cannot explain, sounds otherworldy.
So strangely beautiful, startlingly original. There'll never be another Magma. 😊❤❤ Always loved how the bass roars like a Bengal tiger.

Magma are the kings of the build-up. When first hearing this the tension is almost unbearable, yet it keeps building until it is finally released.
For me, Antoine was the best Magma vocalist. When singing, he seemed to be in the same kind of trance that Christian is when he's drumming

I have heard at least 10-12 versions of this track but this is by far the best in all terms: proficience on playing, soul on chanting, technically pristine quality audio & video. I dare to say that is virtually impossible to make a better rendition any more. Congrats to all that took part in this fantastic work and lucky people in the audience. Unique lifetime experience.

This and Wurdah Itah remain my favourite Magma, especially the original studio recordings. I agree, the versions recorded here, both the performances of all and the quality of the audio and visual are unmatched. And yes, unique, totally.

I knew he was terribly ill since a couple of years ago, and can’t accept James is dead. i also contacted sources at the Magma Official but had no more news about him ever since. How did you get the notice of his pass ?
