Bit of a silly question, but do you happen to know how these compare with a larger size overnight diaper? In terms of absorbancy? My son is kind of in between the smallest size of these - and the largest size of diapers (he's just turned 5, and is totally trained in the daytime). We end up flying a LOT (I work for an airline) so we're really desperate for something that's as leak-proof as possible. :S
