    I kept the chocolate divider base as well, and coloured it with spray paint. It's very useful for keeping my earrings apart. :-)

      That's exactly what I did a few years ago. I have 2 boxes holding most of my earrings. They stack easily inside the drawer of my vanity table leaving room for the rest of my things.

      because that's just how they have learned to talk by hearing their peers parents and all people in their country say it!! Its lovely to hear the differences I think!! IE sidewalk for pavement 'Drug store' for Chemist etc Its called Colloquialisms when people from different countries or even counties called something by a different name than others do. Viva la difference Enjoy!!

    • @christinesharland8478
      @christinesharland8478 Před 7 lety +1

      Its just a generic term that a lot of American use for all sweets and chocolate It makes no difference if its chocolate or other kinds of sweets its still called 'CANDY' Why are a lot of English so ignorant? We need to expand our knowledge then we wouldn't need to ask naive questions.

    An easier way to get off that second label which I just did is using anti bacterial hand gel - put some on for 5 seconds and then use the side of a ruler to scrub it off gently and the wipe it off with a tissue. Took me literally 30 seconds incase anyone doesn't fancy spending 23 minutes. Came off super easily and clean. :)

    Another idea is you could add a mirror to the inside of it, so then you can have a large mirror to do your makeup with. ^_^ That's probably what I would do with mine and just buy hinges that stop at a certain angle so I don't have to hold the mirror up. :)

    FYI: I have used Polish remover, Pure Acetone, Rubbing Alcohol, Denatured Alcohol, (every oil on the planet) even WD40 - among numerous other "Goo Gone" type Products.... However... NOTHING works more rapidly (with zero effort/rubbing/scraping/markups than A CONCENTRATED ESSENTIAL OIL!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
    Obviously the scent does not matter, but it takes less than one tiny drop per price tag to get stickers/labels off!!!! Just apply enough to visibly saturate your sticker and wait 5 minutes....
    You WILL 🙏🏻 Thank Me I Promise!!! 😉👍🎁
    HAPPY CRAFTING! Merry Christmas!!! 💁🏻🎄😇

My parents were just going to throw it away, so they let me take it when I told them I would use it. I've started using it to sort out my loose jewelry that's scattered around my room. I'll probably try adding hinges to it at a later date, once I find all of my jewelry.

    So helpful! I have a ton of makeup in those sterilite drawers and this let me out my lipsticks and glosses in separate containers and leave out the products I use the most and I haven't lost as much jewelry since doing this diy

    I love, love, love this video. Thanks ever so much for sharing this. I have several empty FR boxes and I wanted to recycle them expressly for make-up/jewellery storage. The biggest problem was trying to remove the FR logo and I managed to scratch one of the boxes while trying to scrape this off. A million thank you's!!!

    wow I am so happy I found this video. I was just thinking of reorganizing my makeup and accessories in bathroom so they do not catch dust or humidity but I was worried about inpracticality of the lids without hinges. And yey , you have solved it. Going to hardware store tomorrow.
