    I live in FL, I highly suggest not to purchase a two story in FL, it will cost a ton to keep your home cool in our very hot humid summers.

      Yes those style type of 2 story is not good at all the whole 2nd level is built with all particle board in florida,, will not hold up at all in a florida storm or Air and heat ,,

    When you have water damage on the first floor, that means you need extensive repair or replacement of the roof, which could mean a big bill. That rolling down from the backyard can mean someone can injure themselves. If you kids, that is a big problem. if you have guests, then it is “Law Suit City”.

    I don't know much about bank owned. I do know in our neighborhood (new houses) there had been a few foreclosures. I don't know how, but one person got this one at a huge discount in price. It took some time through the whole process, but I knew those people and that house was very well taken care of; so I was shocked when they just up and left. The husband must have lost his job or something.

    This is an Excellent video Kaleb. These homes are dream projects for Construction Businesses & fixer upper crews to update with the before and after reconstruction videos. Reconstruction & remodeling videos are awesome to watch. However, we are looking for potential move-in ready homes with only a little bit of fixing.

    $75000 for the first house, if a nice house pulls $2K/mo in rent in that neighborhood. Absolutely no HOAs under any circumstances anywhere ever.

    That First home in Skyridge Valley was our first investment flip house back in 2005 for $279k, ahh the good ole days. How funny, we installed the laminate flooring and SS kitchen appliances!! lol good size home for the price!! "Bandaid Bandit" lived in the community...lol

    I, weirdly, quite like the last house. Yes it definitely needs so much work but I like the quirkiness of it. And the size of the pool made me very happy lol.
    The first 3 are a big fat no from me.

      Me too! Better built than the new homes. Gut it and knock out walls to open it up and completely revamp the pool area and it would be stunning. Nice private yard with lots of potential. I’d keep the beams in the living room and install tongue and groove ceilings and make it a mid century modern style home.

    HGTV might call at least three of these homes "dated", even though, with a bit of cosmetic work, they'd be functional and comfortable. Houses built 20 years ago worked well then, and our needs haven't changed that much. The last one might be the biggest project, with electrical, plumbing and HVAC system replacements possibly needed. I like houses with mature trees and large lots. A very interesting video!

    Hey Kaleb. First house 👎. Second house 👎. But the backyard is huge. Third house/townhome. Now you said the exterior is modern with the straight lines. To me it’s dated. Now this one includes the furniture? 🤔. Washer n dryer and kitchen in the front of the house? But so far neat. Kinda looks turnkey. Lights on the stairs nice. Master ok. Bedroom 2 has en suites. Did I miss a hall 1/2 bath? I will look again. Ok 4th home. Over $300,000 and so much to do. 👎. Too much to do in these houses. The townhome is the best.
