Fun fact about Swiftpaw and Brightheart. Brightheart is Longtail's niece, while Swiftpaw is Longtail's half brother. Making the two niece and half uncle
And they're also cousins. Goldenflower is Lionheart's sister, and Swiftpaw is Goldenflower's son.
there's so much wrong in the wcats family tree, ashfur and squilf are also related, ashfur is her uncle and squilf is his niece
So basically longtail mentored his own half brother very strange no wonder he was so sad when swiftly died (In books not map)

Now I headcannon that no one keeps track who's their relative since the whole everyone's related thing.
