At first I was like enjoying the video and was eagerly waiting for the ducklings to hatch . When cuties finally did , and jumped out of the window I literally screamed Noooooo!!!😱
My jaw dropped when mandarin ducklet jump off the building.
Note 2.57, mom is sitting on the chimney so that the babies do not hit it. What a first lesson in flying!

i'm sure they survived. the mother of these chicks did the same as little ducklings, his small body gets carried in the wind. he lands on his soft fluff and bounces lightly. :D

I keep ducks and chickens and once cleaning the coop picked up a rotten egg and it exploded in my hand and all over me .____.

chiydah edwards probably not. Ducks and geese often nest in elevated areas to avoid predators from eating their eggs and chicks. And they have an amazing ability to endure the impact of a high elevation fall. They are very resilient. That doesn’t mean they never die. But that they usually don’t unless it’s a super high elevation. Check out the video on arctic geese jumping 400 feet off a cliff. Amazingly most of them survived, despite hitting only rocks on the way down.
