    Ingredients
    2 Lbs bora beans, chopped in small pieces
    1 medium onion
    4-5 garlic cloves, minced
    1-2 wiri wiri peppers & 1 red pepper
    1 large potato, peeled and chopped
    salt to taste
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    2 tsp tomato paste
    ¼ tsp black pepper
    2 tbsp cooking oil
    Instructions
    Heat 2-3 tbsp oil in a pan.
    Sauté onion, garlic, and pepper, for a few minutes until onions are browned. Add tomato paste
    Add sliced bora and potatoes and seasoned with salt and black pepper.
    Cook on low heat until bora and potatoes are desired texture.
