    1.4 TDI 59 kw is a perfectly sufficient engine for a car the size of Polo, Fabia, Ibiza. Of course, it's not the 1.9 TDI 74 kw (50-90 = 5.59 vs. 7.19; 80-120 = 8.94 vs. 9.12; 1.9 TDI values taken from the vid with Fabia), but it's a shame how this engine is unnecessarily maligned. At the same time, it is quite reliable, economical and does not have bad dynamics.

      @testdrivehero  Před 3 měsíci +1

      Totally agree, it runs sooo good as you can see but for me the perfect balance is the 1.9 TDI 74-81kw :)
      That 1.4 TDI 59kw, is a truly good option for a daily use, no doubt.

    Hah youtube algorithm know what to suggest as always 😄 i have an eye for this car for more than 5 years already i think is getting pretty old but still good candidate for first car ,i never been huge fan to own a car cause you know expenses, if you dont need.it why to buy it ,now i want to buy a house in the countryside and maybe will go once a week and probably use it to go.for work everyday ,do you think this engine is good for outside of the city drive ,like im not sure cause i maybe buy a house in 50 km distance and maybe i will like one in 200 km distance and what other suggestions you can give me ,the main is i will drive alone or with 1 person in the car ,to be good efficient fuel , cheap parts and reliable i dont want to be to pricey cause not to worry about her to much ,i like corsa C 1.3 cdti ,opel astra G the old 1.6 mono engine too but again this cars are pretty old already, i will like to hear your opinion as a specialist 😀 cheers and thanks for the video.

      For long distances i think its not because on highways you will be driving around 100 kmh and the engine will stay around 2300 revs per min. This king of polos has short gear ratio
