    Bohemia Afterdark launched on TVs in 1982 and operated in Phoenix, AZ, but early history is unknown until 1990 when they moved to Portland, Oregon. In 1992 they began airing on KPDX Portland and then they move to KWBP in 1994. In 1995 they began airing on 22 Network One affiliates. In 1997 Network One shut down and the service moved to KOIN and in 2001, the service moved back to Phoenix, airing on KASW, then in 2002, moved to KPHO-TV. In 2003 they got their own station, KPHE-LP, at the time broadcasting on channel 19 in Mesa, Arizona, and changed their name to Bohemia Visual Music. KPHE moved to channel 44 in Phoenix in 2005.[2] Bohemia Visual Music changed their name to 24-7 Videos for a few months from mid-2005 to early-2006, then reverted to Bohemia Visual Music.

      He is the serious one!!! He’s like the dad of the group. But he’s also really goofy and child-like in moments. Like he Nona tapes, “Look! It’s a man in the box” when he steps into the box. They all matured a lot. Lightened up in a way too. Their early days seemed very confused and heavy. Rip Layne, Starr, Demri.

    Western state is locally infamous mental health hospital, in WA. That holds some of the most dangerous and extremely mental ill people in the state. As well as, people who the less severely mentally ill. Its been around since 1871, their most famous patient was the actress frances farmer. Most will know her from being referenced in the title of a Nirvana song from the In Utero album. But thought i would share for those unaware of the reference Jerry was making.

In ‘91, the only Kardashian wasting space on TV was Robert Kardashian Sr., who was O.J. Simpson’s defense attorney in the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman. no matter what the interviewer was like, guys were really wicked and funny :)) seems like they haven't changed much with fame... even Layne hasn't lost his humorous side, no matter how his life twisted in later years... thank you for upload, i want to think about them the way they were in this video

    Its funny how the interviewer recites the "great Seattle bands" like Soundgarden, Tad etc.
    To this point, AIC sold 1.5x as many records as Soundgarden, Tad never made it big. They're both great bands tho.

      I get soooooo fucking annoyed when people say Alice In Chains wouldn’t be successful without Nirvana bringing the spotlight to Seattle. They went GOLD with Man in the Box a whole year before nirvana even came out. It’s undeniable that AIC was the first successful band in the grunge era.

    • @LostCause36
      @LostCause36 Před 4 lety +2

      Warren Pellacani well you tell those people how AIC went to open for Ozzy and Iggy AND KISS, while Soundgarden and Nirvana were still just trying to hold it together to make an album.
      Also, AIC LITERALLY refined the word “alternative rock” (coined by radio stations and Labels) in the early 90’s.
      They SLAYED Thrash Metal and Hair Metal. Topped their charts and made them change the way they played and toured altogether...
      Might I mention WHILE AIC was touring with them. 👍🏻😀
