In this video, I am happy to share a full demo of my new purchase, the Philips HD 9252/90 Air Fryer. This is the latest model and comes with a touch panel and digital display.
Brief specifications of this Air Fryer are as follows -

Unfortunately, this Air Fryer did not come with a Recipe book. So I have shown two ready to fry frozen snacks which can also be made in an Air Fryer.
I have just started trying out my own dishes in the Air Fryer. As and when I perfect my recipes I shall share them as videos.

There is no plastic smell coming in the food. It is a good purchase. Very useful product, very good for the health conscious as you can prepare most of the fried food stuff in the air fryer using just 1-2 teaspoons of oil.

Is it necessary to preheat and if yes, then how to preheat. Can u plz explain
Preheating is used to get the chamber to the required temperature so that the moment food is placed inside, the baking/cooking starts immediately. If preheating is not done, some of the initial heat in the first one or two minutes is used to heat up the chamber so the baking/cooking takes longer time.
To preheat, just start the machine with the empty chamber at the desired temperature for 1 or 2 minutes.

I don't have big socket at home. What to do? Please advise.
Hi Arya, normally every household should have 15 amps point one in each room, as they are needed for geysers, ACs, microwave ovens, induction etc.
There must be at least one point in the kitchen.
If not, call an electrician and get a big socket fixed. It is advisable to have one for an Air Fryer, just like a washing machine or a dishwasher.

Hi,
Actually preheating is not compulsory in an AirFryer, unlike a convection oven.
It will be helpful in some recipes, but not necessary.
There is no special method or button/option for preheating.
Just select the temperature and set the required time to preheat without placing the food to be airfried. Once that is done, you can place the food item to be airfried and once again select the temperature and time and get started.

Display light is very dim in my Philips air fryer
Hi Satish, check if there is any plastic sheet stuck on the top of the display panel which needs to be removed.
What is the difference between 9252/70 and 9252/90 models?
The difference is just in the colour of the handle, one has black and the other has a silver handle. Every other feature is the same in both models.

Why did i choose air fryer and not oven
Oven :-
Good- Multiple food at a time, more space, more purpose, sasta
Bad- heats up slowly, requires special bartan, shayad bijli jyada khata lilbit
Air fryer:-
Good- shiftable , occupy less space, heats up quickly
Bad- less space fir food, less purpose, expensive
Why!???
