Anything is worth a go once. Also I like your table. I love a garden centre for food and snacks. It's where I always find the interesting stuff. My nearest Dobbies is the closest Waitrose weirdly. Yep a Waitrose in a garden centre. But love a garden centre for unique food stuffs.
I think the key aspect of this is that it's brewed with Black Garlic which has a pretty different flavour profile from regular garlic, it's much sweeter and looses that traditional pungency, which I guess is the sweetness you recognised
black garlic isn't a strong flavour anyway I think. Maybe it added the sweetness and colour and not a lot else. Probably nicer than any of the oyster beers i've tried over the years at least.
this has set my expectations to a more realistic place in hoping to find something like this at our local gilroy garlic festival in California. my hopes shall be average height.

The table is home made! We upcyclrd an old coffee table and set biscuits into resin before painting it the tunnocks tea cake colours!

Watch 'Oz and James' try garlic wine for a laugh.
Adding that one to the playlist right now…
I've tried a lot of these craft beers here in the States. It seems unless its a floral, fruity, or sugary flavor it doesn't really come through well.
We’ve found that a few times now… but we have a couple more to bring you that we have high hopes for!
