Reading the light novel, they aren't. Also, they didn't look like that it's just Izuna imagining them like that as Tet is telling her the story.
@@AlexRonai Would have never expected that... from the amount of little hints throughout the entire series, especially the movie... it really makes it look like they were reincarnated, and the God, Tet, brought them to: "The world they should've been born into" in order to have his match with the siblings and that would also be why he made it so that the one who beat him in a game of chess would become the next God... because Riku and Schwi are the ones that deserved the Suniaster for bringing the world peace, and so he brought their reincarnations back and gave them the chance to live in the world they created while also getting what they deserved.
Honestly the Theory is really good and makes the anime end in a better tone in my opinion. Maybe more could be added to it... but I'm too lazy to think or write anything else...
