DEMU 1001 worked a charter train from Hastings to Skegness on the 8th June 2024. The video shows the train arriving and departing Sleaford on the outward journey and passing through Heckington and Burton Pedwardine on the return journey.

Been on that many a time back in the old days. Used to get it from Hastings to Ashford for folkestone horse race course, now long gone. 😢😢😢
