Siiuuuuuuu
Oke bos
What a professional. United have been making hollywood decisions since the end of SAF's era that writes headlines. This guy is far from that and will not care about other's opinions because of how strongly he believes in his methods. That dedication will get us back to the top.
THIS!!
Ole's appointment as permanent was not a Hollywood desicion but it was one of the worst desicions
@@akashsrivastav8819 it was decision made with emotion and hopefully we have learnt from our mistakes.
Great comment
@@akashsrivastav8819 it's been a disaster movie to be fair
As a United fan since the early 70's, I'm very excited to have Ralf here. Ole will always be a club legend and his run of results as a caretaker manager were amazing - and that win against PSG: that's stuff of legends but I think Ralf offers a little more. Welcome to United, Ralph!
Mourinho had the brains, but not the heart to manage us.. Ole had the heart, but not the brains.. lets hope this man has both..
Nope
Ya.. funny how the optimism dies fast.. football is not all about tactical.. u need man management.. i hope ten hag can do a better job..
Unfortunately he didn't have any
A tactician . An expert. You can just listen to him the whole day talking about the science of the game.
I LOVE HIM ALREADY! Very intelligent!🔥🔥🔥
Senangnya ente dpt ralf rangnick
GGMU Mas bro..
Bohongggg
Gg mu
Love can turn to hate after 5 losses
Speaks better English than all of them put together that has been contracted from foreign land. Fantastic. Thorough and emphatic.
this dude answers the first question brilliantly. And his opening statement Sheeeshhhh. Such a Communicator.
I already love this guy
He knows exactly what he wants
He knows how he want his team to play
He has already identified the players he want.
His plan B is to make plan A work
I love the way you've put this into context. Great analysis
This is joy all round
Already “we”… this guy starts to win, and he’s gonna become a legend. He just has that feel.
We set the bar very low for legend status at Old Trafford, won’t be difficult to attain, a couple of wins should do it
"A palace made out of
crystal seems mighty
fragile to me.” Ralf Rangnick on Manu vs Crystal Palace
This guy doesn’t just have tactics, he invented one of the most used tactic across Europe in this era of football, the gegenpress
@zuygj bnsv sounds like a Thanos quote ahaha
I'm smiling from ear to ear...this guy sounds like the real deal...
This man gave more tactical knowledge about football in 30 minutes than Ole in the last 3 years. So excited for his appointment ❤️❤️❤️
Ole had no tactical knowledge besides sit back and counter
@@khandadonb111 true that😂😂😂😂, Ralf is such a breathe of fresh air man
Wait ole has tatics 👀 ??
@@zohebansari947 😰
Facts 😂
Feeling positive again! 😊😊....he knows his football! Let’s go Ralf!
Welcome Ralf! It's great to hear a manager who has a clear philosophy in how he wants to play and is also aware of the history and legacy of the club. He's a man on a mission who knows what he's doing. We haven't had that since Sir Alex. Looking forward to the next 6 months and where we finish this season under Professor Ralf Rangnick! I'm sure he'll be successful.
This is what we need, a respected football man with a clear philosophy that doesn't have an ego bigger than the club like LVG and Mourinho, he seems perfect!
So amazing man
The man speaks better English than most native speakers already 😂😂😂
I would hope so with an English degree lol
German's speak pretty fine english, this shouldnt be a shock :)
wow, you're probably the millionth person to write that comment. If you're amazed that a German can speak English then you're probably amazed when someone tells you the sky is blue. Helm.
@@chaz__ exactly 😂
@@SuziesAshes10 tell that to Kai havertz
You can clearly tell from the way he speak & put every words is so systematically beautiful, he knows what he's going to do with this club 👏👏👏
great interview.
and just realize how much ole love the club by spending time to talk with the manager who replaced him. great man for both of them
Welcome once to the headquarters Ralf 🔥✌
🔥
what is the meaning of advisory role
@@Johnwick69696 means he will give one or two of say then the board will consider whether to accept or just do the opposite one . Like who is gonna be our manager next season
@@Johnwick69696 more like he will give advise about what is better for the club
@@nbl4517 ohh,,means in any case united will have a new manager next seasom
Finally someone in power at this club with vision, direction and a clear and concise approach. This guy is the real deal and only United can ruin him
Can’t ruin this guy he’s set in his ways luckily
Awe lads… I love his approach.. think this could be the beginning of something special.. very exciting
he's such a visionary manager,i like his vision to see the club conquer the league and win titles, and the way he's going to help the players develop and grow their talents, welcome Ralph 🙏💯
I haven't listened to a man utd press conference as attentively for a long time....
Not my proudest fap
I can't wait for his technical analysis on the upcoming games. He is a breath of fresh air! He has an aura about him, which is what our club desperately needs at this time.
Yeah so amazing man
Love this guy, his characteristics, mentality. His cv says it all, and its a big challenge for him, but I think he is ready, and I fully trust him.
His cv? He has won f all mate. Zero bundesligas in a managerial career that spanned 30-something years.
The calmness and bossy control of his first press conference is pretty impressive
His last sentence is the ultimate key for success! Hold the ball in the area of assets and weapons 👏👏
I love his English, charisma and articulation, I've a feeling that UNITED is on the right track, All the best Ralf.
Such a nice guy. Humble and respectful. And he has very clear idea how he wants to play.
this is one of the better interviews in a while. wow.
Wow! Ralf just oozes authority and experience and knowledge with every answer he gives. I love Ole but if you compare Ole's interviews to Ralf you can see how Ole just talks about stuff like attitude and belief and mentality while Ralph gives coherent technical football-answers. Ralf is what we needed in a manager ever since Fergie left. A strict leader but still motivating and helping every player young or old to be better. Players like Greenwood Sancho AWB will flourish under him!
Even McTom and Fred, they need defined roles and discipline to succeed
Tywin lannister ooozes authority, not this man
Right?? love it!!
