Dr John Demartini is a human behaviour specialist, internationally published author, educator and profound authority on maximizing human awareness and potential.
Dr Demartini uncovers how business owners can gain more balance and clarity of purpose by aligning themselves with their highest values.
Dr Demartini, as featured in internationally acclaimed film 'The Secret' explores the law of attraction, power of thought and application in achieving entrepreneurial success. He debunks myths on motivation and explains how negative self-talk is really the result of unrealistic expectations - a sign that we need to 'get real' with ourselves.

The thing about clear plans really hits home. I have been on an exercise regime that I created near the beginning of October this year and I tweak it as I go along. So I have been able to maintain this exercise pattern non stop since I started, which is a first for me. Even on the days where I don't feel like exercising, because it is all planned out and I know exactly what I need to do, getting over the hump of lack of motivation is quite simple. Now I just have to find a system for dealing with my college work as I find sometimes I slip into a total lack of interest, or rather, a pattern of 'avoidence'.... normally procrastination due to feelings of being overwhelmed. Will need to listen to this a few times to get the full impact. Thank you.

Definitely some keen insights in this video. The only thing that I would point out is that when you evaluate positivity instead of immersing in it, it negates the affect. Of course analyzing the details of the cause of negative emotions and dissecting it can reduce the emotions. Everyone has an approach that works best for them. Thank you for sharing!

Many come up with their own "methods" and "technologies" to help people "change," but the source of all their sources and resources are found in the scriptures. It's all watered down versions of the "headwaters." Applying scripture is the purest form of enlightenment and mastery, and the glory be to Him who truly deserves the recognition; God.
    Pretty simple...

This advice is great... if you're rich. Good luck "loving what you do" if you're a factory worker or cashier. If a factory worker or cashier manages to claw their way up to some kind of BS executive position that people tend to say they "love", their old position will still need to be filled by someone else. And guess what? That new executive's job is 100% impossible to perform without the labor of the person who just took their place. Society would collapse without those who aren't "doing what they love", but instead "doing what lets them survive". Labor is labor; it's difficult, tedious, but necessary--and don't let anyone make you feel bad for not loving your job if it contributes to society and pays your bills. Factory workers are more important than executives, no matter what they tell you.
Having said that... when it comes to finding enjoyment and passion in your life outside of work, there are a lot of good points here that I agree with.
