Felix Mendelssohn’s Hawaiian Serenaders - Caravan

Time for a little relaxing Hawaiian music, straight from war-time England. Felix (who somewhat dubiously claimed to be descended from the classical composer of the same name) was known for his war time broadcasts, leading a fairly successful Hawaiian themed band and soothing the souls of his nervous countrymen until falling on hard times after the war ended. He met an early death from Hodgkin's disease at the age of 40 in 1952, but you know the music lives on...
