We are back in St. James parish to present an update of this state-of-the-art facility being constructed which is the first of it's kind in the English-speaking Caribbean and the first of it's kind in Western Jamaica, we present to you, the Western Adolescent & Paediatric Hospital; a Children's Hospital! This new Hospital will join the ranks of the venerable Bustamante Hospital for Children which has been the only one of its kind Jamaica and in the Diaspora, on a whole.
This Hospital is a welcomed addition to the plethora of medical facilities in Western Jamaica, and what makes it even more special is that it will made specifically for children, ranging from newborn all the way up to age 18. We are excited to be presenting this update as we learnt about this development, just by vetting observant. We caught sight of this mega structure whilst capturing another area in Montego Bay.

This government is really developing our country
The children Hospital was a gift from the Chinese government when Portia was in Office. But the Cornwall Regional Hospital has been developed by the JLP Government.
I keep hearing the word gift its not totally free ,
we bore and continues to bear some of the cost also , it was even stated The Goverment will spending for this 2024 year 800 million$ toward the contruction .

@@rainfordquest1815see the thing is. it does not take $7B to build the hospital, however, they money launder money!!. the upper people aren’t looking out for OUR interest and even if they do, it has to have some form of profit. $7b could’ve helped develop the country to the point we wouldn’t need a hospital that big or cost “7B” 😭

Recently, an article came out that the government and responsible parties left the island for China to tour hospitals and view the equipment that will be purchased to equip the hospital.
great improvement but I am very concerned about the financing of this project, china has their hands in too many things without transparency.
I wander what will they be building next-door

Only one project Andrew Holness has is from planning to finish and is Morant Bay Urban Center? 😊 The other project all started under the previous government and continued by Andrew Holness administration 😊
