In the Western World where alcohol is allowed, we use the analogy of a Beer Mug (🍺) to discern Active Power, Reactive Power and Apparent Power.
In the Middle East, where Alcohol is not allowed, Coffee is used. (☕). . . . . . Brilliant !!!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Hypotenuse does not equal adjacent + opposite. Pythagorean theorem would suggest that S^2=P^2+Q^2. Instead of what you said "S=P+Q".
Thank you first, both you and me are right, because i said S=P+JQ,, so J here means that P and Q are perpendicular which means that S^2=P^2+Q^2,,,,, you would say i'm wrong if i said S=P+Q without j

Capacitive reactive power, is just like inductive reactive power but in the opposite direction

@@electricalengineeringplane6620the explanation of waveforms. The triangle explanation was good and you could have used it to explain that active power is a cosine wane and reactive being a sine wave and the square root of the sum of their squares was apparent power (using pythagoras theorem).
Another helpful way would be to begin with explaining what inductive, resistive and capacitve loads are and how their wave would be. I think that would have made a huge difference in the presentation or even separate videos attached
