Hey Christine! Make sure you take some Vitamin D supplement during the dark winter; our bodies make Vitamin D in our skin when the sun shines on it but during the winter the days are so short, so we make a lot less during the dark winter months. Being low in Vitamin D can make you feel exhausted and for some it can even make them depressed.

When you buy a bottle or can of drink (Soda or other stuff) usually you already pay a fee already, so when you return the bottle to these automats you get that fee back, its from 1 nok to 3 nok per bottle/box. Also workes if you find bottles in trashcan as some does not care and throw it away to the garbage (many young people do that.) But it means that norwegians do recycle about 96% of the bottles sold ... wich is good but can be better 🙂
Yes Compared to Africa i think it is a great initiative to keep the bottles out of the environment. Yes you're right i have seen some young peope, collect so many cans and bottles for the fee . Thankyou for watching and subscribing means alot 🙏😍
Cool, I really like the way you present our country in this video :) And considering your preferences, soft spoken voice and editing, I think you will fully embrace the Norwegian concept of "hygge". Because to have a pleaseant winter, especially when we have "slaps"(wet snow) and no sunlight for most of the day, it is paramount to immerse yourself in making a nice and comfortable "burrow" for the winter :p Hope you have a great time in general, and if you plan to stay, welcome :) PS: If/When you get the chance, definitly go see some other cities than Oslo. It certainly has a lot to offer, but there are so many other great cities around this country, especially in summer :p Stavanger, Trondheim, Bergen, Tønsberg and Ålesund would be my absolute recommendations :)
