Come to Bicol Region especially to the province of Albay. Legazpi City is the capital city of the province of Albay. Legazpi City is also the regional center of the entire Bicol Region. Bicol Region is known for spicy dishes like Bicol Express. Chili Ice Cream can be bought in First Colonial Grill.

I am a Bicolano myself, the spicy ice cream is for the tourists who come to Bicol also known as Bicolandia. You know Bicol Region is known for spicy dishes like Bicol Express. Come to Legazpi City. Eat Spicy Ice Cream and see the majestic Mayon Volcano.

To add more information before trying to eat Chili Ice Cream, there are four levels of spiciness. The first level is the one that is not so spicy. The fourth level is called Volcano level (referring to Mayon Volcano) because it is the spiciest. 🌶️🥵🌋 Bicol International Airport is waiting for you.

Try the ice cream sections in big supermarkets for chili ice cream or maybe Grab or Food Panda. I had the chili ice cream at NAIA terminal 3, near Jollibee.

No, don't. Let them go to Bicol first. That would be frustrating. Please don't.

Chili Ice Cream is sold in First Colonial Grill. That ice cream isn't sold there in Metro Manila because chili ice cream is a Bicolano cultural thing.
