- In a police interrogation video, alleged YSL co-founder Walter Murphy started to break down when authorities talked about him being arrested for his involvement in an April 2015 shooting at a gas station. Young Thug prosecutors believe several YSL members were involved in the shooting. Murphy eventually took a plea deal in this case.

@@Bethechange197 it don’t matter, once someone ask for a lawyer, the conversation is stopped and if they do talk after that, it’s admissible. Have you ever notice on interrogation videos, after they say they want their lawyer, the officers / detectives get up right away.

It's borderline. Miranda applies to suspects in police custody, at the opening stage he was still a "witness" giving voluntary information (very ignorantly), despite also being involved. As u said they do mirandize him 7 minutes in once it is clear he will be under arrest.
