Kayak Sailing Raby Bay to Peel Island in 15 knot SE

A group of kayakers paddle/sail from Raby Bay to Peel Island.
The wind picks up on the return to 15knot Southerly making for some exciting moments. The SeaDog sails were well suited to the windy conditions and in fact stabilized the boats in the following seas.

I am sure I've seen you guys while having lunch at The Lighthouse as tiny specks between the swells. I see Greenland paddles are favored. What's their advantage?
