Great breakdown and thank you.. so it is a matter of me maybe being impatient while applying the arm in - i don't think it's on and that's why I usually change to the high elbow.. When do you try other finishing mechanics or do you usually finish it from there? I also like the position since you also have the darce and anaconda from practically the same grip..
Nick Jakobsen so at our academy we count 30 seconds before transitioning The longer the wait the more impressed I am with the choke, so there is a faith element for sure. Also the arm in is the superior sweeping grip to both sides so typically I will transition to top and try to finish 1 handed
