  • I have been living with depression for the last couple of years, but lately, I have noticed a shift in my perception of life that is slowly helping me feel better. Adapting to a slower pace of life and being more mindful have been a game changer in my journey. I feel there is still some kind of taboo around talking openly about mental health. I hope this video inspires and helps you in some way, perhaps offering new perspectives.
