My new car, S63 AMG V8 BiTurbo Designo and My S65 AMG V12 BiTurbo

- Hi everyone,
As some of you have seen, I bought an S65AMG V12 BiTurbo W221 model. Being a pre facelift model, I thought I’d do a facelift conversion but it would have been a shame to mess around with such a rare car. I still preferred the looks of the facelift car a bit more so I went and bought a facelift S63AMG V8 BiTurbo. It’s a designo pack, special order external paint and interior. It’s a crazy high spec car and on top of all this, it’s also a Performance Pack which means it has 571bhp and 900NM from factory!
I’ve lowered the car, added 21 inch AMG alloy wheels, boot spoiler, 12mm spacers all around and I’ve recently painted the brake calipers yellow with black AMG writing and silver discs. I done the same to the S65AMG

very nice collection brother, I have. black s65 and a silver e350 incase I get snow with the v12 being rear wheel, I want to replace my e350 with another amg, I may have to copy you and get an s63! you have great taste in vehicles, I hope you have good luck with them both!

I love my S63 and I’ve been told it’s the only 1 in the UK in this spec and colour combo ( I haven’t been able to confirm this ) but I will always have a soft spot for a V12 BiTurbo engine 😁. Unfortunately the S63AMG only came as a rear wheel drive in Europe unlike you get them in USA. The E class is a great daily car. I’ve been looking for a Designo E55AMG W211 for over 7 years now but I haven’t been able to find one. Which model E class do you have?

Looks wise I prefer my S63AMG but the engine on the S65AMG is something else. I love them both that’s why I bought the S63AMG and the S65AMG 😁
Amazing, beautiful cars. Can you tell us your thoughts on the B&O sound system vs the HK? Here in the U.S., very few have I seen with the B&O option.

To be honest I find the B&O vs the HK very very similar. If I was to spec the car from new, I would have been happy with the HK. I believe the B&O was quite an expensive option.

@@Sam_AMG For sure. I'm getting a w221 next week. I'm going to be customizing it. Thinking either multi spoke black 22's with a concave rear wheel. Or this type. I've always thought this type of wheel suits the w221 amazingly.

Thank you! The S65AMG is running the original 20’s and the S63AMG is running 21’s. I think the 21’s are the perfect size for this cars. I might fit some 21’s on the silver car too

To be honest there isn’t that much of a difference cosmetically to the eyes of most people but for me, they look so different that’s why I wanted both models.
The differences between the two are, front bumper, rear bumper, front headlamps, front grill, rear lights, side mirrors, wheels.
Inside, the steering wheel, centre console, TV screens and rear buttons for the massage and tv buttons.
I can’t think of anything else that’s different between the facelift and pre facelift models ( cosmetically )
