    The first 60 seconds is general information regarding hypnosis and can be skipped. Thomas Hall has a pleasing, well modulated voice. The recording/mixing of the music with his narration is of good quality. He starts off with breath awareness & deep breathing to help initial relaxation; personally I'd have enjoyed exploring my breath a while longer. He then guides deeper surrender and helps clear the mind, followed by body awareness. He then takes you down ten steps to garner deeper relaxation and release; these stairs lead to a doorway which opens to a garden. He gives suggestions that over time the levels of relaxation will deepen/become easier/grow stronger and more defined. Throughout the remainder of his session, which makes up the bulk of this session, he repeats a few different command to further relaxation. This could be great for either a nap or short relaxation, NOT before bed/middle of the night wakings; there's a wake up command at the end.

    Thomas, i suffer with chronic pain and restless at night. This and also the pain management vid have been so helpful to me. My active children 4 and 10 (adhd) also fall asleep quicker to this video. Many thanks for your calm sooothing voice! 😊

    i have to say ive tried everything sir, but lately ive had a tight sharp pain in chest that now hasnt gone away. I did everything in your video and the pain is almost gone. i feel some tightness but it could be my muscles are sore. im very calm and talking low... thank you ... i felt my life was coming to a end. anxiety sucks

    Alright: just used it for the first time, had to do something so I only did it 17 min. It felt so good, and relaxing...I feal like I sleept for an hour. Thanks! Im thinking about making this comment kinda like the progressive effect this has on me. But seriously, thanks!

    I suffer with anxiousness which results in me triching which is making my life so much harder to enjoy.. Finally got my hands on this. Was skepticalat first, but I really did relax and went asleep 13 minutes into the video. I woke up twice, the first time was a sudden loud noise from a construction building next door. The other was my daughter calling me. I'm amazed and great fun. Thank you so much.

    I have been doing this almost every night for a couple of weeks, it has helped me so much I believe as I am coming off anxiety medication... is it OK to carry on?? I fall asleep now after about ten to fifteen mins xx

    Mann I wish you would do more scripted hypnosis videos like these. The frequency and 6 hour subliminal stuff doesn't help me but these Do. It would be awesome if you also changed the induction script from time to time as well. Do you have any different induction scripts on your website? Thank you so much for the quality videos.

    wow. I'm amazed how you can do this lol. A couple of minutes after stepping on the last step I was out like a light. Then woke up when you told me too - no grogginess either. Is it actual sleep that we have when under - silly question I know. But I'm usually really groggy after a nap and with this I wasn't x

      I always realize i need help when there's like, 5-6 hours sleep left... any clue about a 5 hour long video ? guided meditation with binaural sounds, maybe..?

    The music is a bit too much, its not calming. The voice is fine. The attention goes to the not so relaxing music. Maybe if the music could have a softer tone, the voice will become more hynotic. Just a suggestion.
