    Q. Do I need headphones to listen to this recording?
    A. No, you do not need headphones. The messages have been embedded in a variety of ways, ensuring they can be absorbed either with or without headphones.

    I love the babbling brook sound. I just started listening 3 nights ago to this one and I feel asleep within mins. I wish it was longer than an hour and 30 mins. Love it.

      @@greerchase9443 same here as I have chronic conditions like chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia ontop of 2 autoimmune diseases and just started listening 3 nights ago but am still hopeful yet that I will see some huge positive changes in myself!! 😁👌 I do feel an overall better sense of well being tho...but km a skeptic because I've tried these things before with absolutely no success but this is the first time I found tom and he seems more trustworthy with much better and much more professional content than the lot of the others. Fingers crossed and prayers up for the both of us!! ♡

    I suffer with insomnia and I used to listen to bineural beats to sleep but it was so uncomfortable wearing headphones/earphones, so I discovered your channel now I’m free of them that’s so nice thank you for those.     ♡ Hey thomas...thankyou so much once again for these amazing recordings...I just found you 3 days ago and have been listening consistently since. I've been diagnosed with mixed connective tissue disease and chronic fatigue syndrome as of recently and suffer terribly with pain and fatigue but the last 2 days I've been virtually pain free!! I do have a question and am wondering that since I listen to several of your tracks throughout the night if I can slightly speed them up a bit and if they would still be just as effective? I soooo badly want them to work for me and believe they will I just dont want to mess up on my end 😉💛 thanks again m'dear....you're the best! ♡
