In this video, I have shared how TCS is torturing employees by forcing them to come back to office. The new RTO compliance of TCS asks employees to work from office or else they will face severe consequences.

Everything you said is correct. I hve faced all these. Brinless people making meaning less policis bringingdown the value of TATA brand. Theese policies r not only employee unfriendly .. also a biggest loss interns of revenue and brand name. Already no one accepting offers from TCS.. verysoon freshers also dont aply for it.

Even I work in this company for past 10 years. But this is now getting difficult to worse to sustain in this company day by day. Maybe its another way to lay off employees by making their life difficult. Also she's stating all the actual facts that happens here
I have faced the same situation of recharging my mobile and working through hotspot. One of the ridiculous thing is they are deducting variable pay along with no hikes.
I think at present TCS want to reduce work force by implementing such policies and it's working..

Worst place to work.Gave me C band months after clearing wings 1,and halved my salary.I went through a major accident before that while following RTO,still got termination threat from project.Gave me and my family a lot of trauma and depression.Every living day is painful now. My career and my life is finished.I wish I never joined here. Barely surviving because I need to take care of my ageing parents.

Management people in tcs come to office they give some unnecessary task to fresher apart from work takes some lazy meetings talk about home affairs do shopping on Amazon and Flipkart before logout they send wfh mail and go back to home.

Shittiest company ever to work for. I too left thankfully way back in 2021 because of low salary, non tech, foolish employees and management, and worst culture running on oiling and buttering. Kudos to all who left for good and I am sure all of us are in way better condition now.

Work from office causes traffic jams, causes more fossil fuel consumption due to more vehicles use, causing more air pollution causing global warming. Work from office also causes depleting ground water level due to increase in the cities population, otherwise people would be working from their native reducing the stress in the IT cities. TCS CEO is a clear-cut narrow minded psycopath who needs mental therapy, so are the CEO's of other IT companies like Infosys, HCL, Wipro and Accenture etc who dont care about the enviornment but only about money and tormenting employees.

I am going to the office every day but there is no seat there. I sit in the cafeteria or near the coffee machine where there are a few chairs.
