For the voice chat problem, I would definitely try out to play with the "voice_threshold" command in the cs2 console. This fixes your bug for the most of the people. Try to lower the threshold in this case so more will be picked up from the game!

Thank you for the suggestion! I tried this before but that just makes it so your mic gets picked up. In my case, it is getting picked up already, it just cuts off at the end. All good, it's fixed now!
