There is not much written documentation about the previous empires. Writing full history books was not a concept in india before it was introduced by Akbar. Most of the information we have about previous Indian empires comes from poems and inscriptions about kings and gods or taxation documents.

The western world is also one of the pillars of these world and countries like France exists since more than 1500 years. It is very sad to see that we constantly need to compare the quality of those civilisations by looking to their age because in a certain way they are all connected and what they are today is only the result of these connection.

Wow man. Modern India has such a diverse and deep history when you look at it from maps and such. I studied Mohenjo Daro, but most of what went on after is a mystery to me. So, that's how they got to such a diversity in languages and cultures, huh? History classes must be so hard for you guys! Love, from Canada (Country with the easiest history classes ever.)

That is correct. But it was part of Indian cultures and states, and to talk about History omitting the parts that are outside of present day India is kind of silly. I consider Pakistan to be a part in the whole of the Indian group, as Bangladesh.

Son Goku I suggest you ponder on my answer to that a bit more. Nobody thought "Pakistan" back then. I only refer to India as a geographical, cultural concept, not as India the current country. Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka all share History. When learning about India (ie, the subcontinent) one needs to learn about it all, regardless of what current country it now occupies. The Harappan were, to my knowledge, probably Dravidic in culture. Pakistan still has Dravidians living, but I wouldn't say the country represents Dravidians. Would you?

      @@hopeundertheblacksun What Nigga??
      who said that?
      Let’s start from beginning.
When we were First created, we lived for millions of years in direct presence of God
Then billion years after God Created paradise.
Seeing and roaming in paradise we all demanded God to shift us to paradise…..
But our God said “”No directly now, but after conducting a short examination”” 33:72 / 11;7 / 67;2
Then all those who agreed for examination, were collected and a temporary Bing bang or material world was created 21:30, 51:1-5
      for their examination.. 2:30.
With Big Bang 2:117 of Creation 7 different skies on 7 different principles of Physics were constructed. 41:12.
And by our science and knowledge we can understand limitedly and only two skies or universes of ours. where we live in.
And from this huge universe, Planet earth was selected and updated for the purpose as described in verses 79:27-32 / 78:6-16 / 21:30.
And with Creation of Universe Fire and Light came into existence then from Fire Jinns was created and light Angles 55:15 / 15:26 / 35:1
And when planet earth was completed 2:29
Then from this animal / dinosaurs inhabitant earth, decaying and stinking soil from dead animals was collected to created temporary, fragile, purpose oriented, human body as describe in verses 15:26 / 86:16 / 55:14
*Then First man was created and update 2;31with power of speech and power of using pen 55:4 / 96:4
which was new to all creatures created, by then.*
Then Adam AS and His wife landed 2:38 / 7:24 in India and at that time Earth was on super Continent “”Pangea””
They landed cloth less (All Hindu gods Ram Shiva Krishna cloth less) and
*First command was given to dress up 7:26*.
Until event of Noah AS and his flood, Indian part of continent was habitat…
The story of Habil Qabil 5:27 as Quran said, was in Indian continent.
This was misrepresented as Cane and Abel in Bible fighting for lady.
And totally misrepresented by adding Indian touches as Ram and Ravan in Hindu scriptures fight for lady….
The Lanka was burned by Indian and million of innocent killed for one lady
And soon disobedience spread on earth in few thousand years.
Then there reminder sent to humanity by second Prophet Shees or Seth (Shiva) whose grave is still intact in Faizabad where Babri Masjid was constructed…
Then again corruption started and there was Third Prophet Anush or Enoch (Vishnu)
Then again corruption there was 4th Prophet Idris or Enoc in Bible from Madras, the Inventor of Pen and writing because all old teaching were lost as they was just Oral.
With Idris AS (Vyasa) in Madras the writing and record keeping started
Then again corruption with Idol worship stated God decide to reset or restart earth with new humans by Noah Flood
Then Noah AS was commanded to make ship 71:37
And all were drowned then first India (Tanur) 23:27 / 11:40
Finally Noah Ship landed on Turkey, 11:44
The Proof tof this flood is Under water Dwarka the city of Idols 21;77
Then that part of land was homed and humans spread there.
Then started continental drift and earth began to change
American continent moved carrying humans and Noah boat went in depth of earth slowly because of that action….
*This was the reason Noah Ship went 2700 feet below the ground…*
**Imagine 1/2 kilometer ship sink to 2700 feet below ground?
And still ship is intact…. living miracle**
The super continent was much larger in space and the division shrink space almost 30%
      As told by Quran 13:41 / 21:44.
Then America was parted along with generations of Noah AS and later discovered by Columbus…

To be honest, South India was in-accessible to most armies because of Dandakaranya Forest which covered most of South India. The Cholas were conquered by their Neighbors - Pandyas, Chalukyas and Cheras many times. Wars were common during those times, To claim "No one conquered you" is stupid.
it was simply like South India was a "Continent of its own". It had multiple competing Kingdoms there - Satavahana, Chalukya, Vakataka, Chola, Chera, Pandya. Do you think all these Kingdoms were friends ? Of course not, They waged wars just like any other Kingdom in History, So of course Tamils were conquered, But they conquered back too. Most of Central and North India simply were busy in their own Fights. No Army would march 1000 Miles spanning Rivers - Kaveri and Narmada and cross the Dandakaranya Forests to invade Cholas, Not worth it.
No Army except one - The Legendary Emperor - Lalitaditya of Kashmir conquered Cholas. As recorded by Historian - Bilhana in Raja Tarangini !!!

@General William T. Sherman Nope. He did not lose half his army and no he most certainly did not outnumber the maratha army. The maratha army vastly outnumbered the Abdali army. According to the earliest sources. It is only recently that Hindu nationalists claim that the Abdali army outnumbered the maratha army. Look at the population of India and then look at the population of Afghanistan, it can't even be compared plus the marathas were on homeground. Also In the few years after this battle the Abdali forces even raided far away territories in Bengal against the British. But these are things you will only know if you read books of history and not just read a few lines on the Internet. Even at the time of Timur Shah Abdali when the durrani empire was weakened by internal tribal problems they still had the power to raid the punjab region.

Urban civilisation in TN dating back to 2500 years ago
The findings of the Tamil Nadu Archeological Department also indicate another major discovery - that an urban civilisation was thriving on the banks of the Vaigai River in Tamil Nadu in 6th Century BCE, around 2500 years ago. What this suggests is that the Sangam era - considered Tamil Nadu’s golden age - began much earlier than what was once thought
      ....................................................................
It's is to be noted tht all the findings tht are found under keeladi was earlier than 300 to the sangam findings which belongs to 6th century 600 BCE. *And according to his wish, Eshwer/Allah made us all to do Umrah and Hajj every year* 2;125
And in his respect, God diverted Qibla of Historic Islam, from Baitul Muqaddas (Israel) to Makkah. 2;144/149,,,,....
*What That Great Brahma or Ibrahim AS use to do or what he did, that gave him this Respect, Honor in the whole world??*
*He revolted against his father, on Idols/Temples Fabrication conspiracy.*
And exposed Idol worship and evils associated with it, that leads innocent / ignorant to subjugation, aggression, oppression...6:74 19:42 / 29;25*
Best living example to understand evils of Idol worship is Indians’ invasion of Brahman or Arayan vaad VS Mulnivasi discrimination as Shuddr, and creation of Caste system as The Achooth, Shuddikaran, Mulkram, Niyog, Devdasi, and torture and enslavement of Mulnivasi/Natives the majority of India by invader Aryans or Brahmans........
*First Evil part of Idol worship is,*
misleading masses from true and Genuine, Creator, Organizer and Administrator of universe to toddler stories of Hin duism 14;36 / 7;138*
*Second Evil part of Idols worship is,*
creation of discrimination, caste or Varna Creation and control of natives of that nations in long run. 11;27 / 4;1.....
*Third Evil part of Idol worship is,*
Crony Corporatism or Accumulation of Resources (1000s of Tons of Gold in temples) snatched from Natives/Mulnivasi by clever/cunning Brahmins, using the name of Merciful, Generous, Eshwer/God/Allah. 9;34 / 17;21
And then, organized establishment of Hunger, Poverty and creation of hungry, poor, free Labor or Slaves of the majority of that nation, this was output of Idol conspiracy in India, before Islam or Mohammed Bin Qasim fought and brought end to Crony Capitalism the Brahmins game...,,.
Do you know, how many Million years Bani Israel was tortured enslaved and subjugated in Egypt at the hands of Crony Capitalism 20;47 / 7;105
*How many million years Natives or Mulnivasi in India, suffered at hands of Idol creators the Crony Corporatism, The Aryans, The Brahmins, The Somnath like temple Creators? 14;36*.
*Who was Ibrahim AS and Abrahamic religion and Hin duism the Temple mafia?*
*Ibrahim AS was the son of greatest Sadhu/Rishi of his time, that controls all the temples and Idol business.*
While Ibrahim AS was toddler, he asked a question to his father, while visiting temple with him,
who was performing rituals to worship Stone Idol with fire (Azar/Agni) as Hin dus do today.....
When he Said *““Oh my dear father, Why you worship/ask/do these rituals to Idols,*
      *who cannot listen,*
*who cannot see or understand (your problems).*
Then how can they help you, in any manner?”” 19:42/6:74/21;52/26;72.,,
      God The Owner of universe, loved that wisdom of little boy so much that;
He included his words in Quran to educate people who go blindly after idols and stories.....
The Target was Hin duism directly......
*See Maturity of little Ibrahim AS which was so excellent that whole Indian educated Hin du elite does not have.....*
*When Ibrahim AS grows to teen, he understood the money control game behind Idol worship, so became stronger against it.*
When Ibrahim said to his father *""Azar""* (Originator of Hin duism).
Do you make stone Idol and declare/market them as Gods?
I have seen you and your team *(Azaryans/Aryans),* clearly deceiving/tricking people (by stone Idols) 6:74/19:42/29;25/26;71......
They use to create Idols and stories like Ramayana Mahabharata to market them, or else who will purchase that dead idols…
Azar = Agni = worshipper of fire / Azaryans of old Azerbijan = called Aryans when they came to India.
      *Ibrahim was made Brahma.*
      *His wife Sara became Saraswati.*
*And Team of Father Azar became Azaryans and in India, by Mulnivasi were called Aryans*
*Namorood = Namo = Bow down / Prostrate*
*Namrood the one who make people Bow to him as he is God of them. 2;258*
