This is a nice snack to munch on while doing housework. I have ripe plantains I would try it with egg white. The potato masher is best because sometimes the food processor give some things a not so nice consistency. Tfs

Darken the kitchen some more. Video was too bright today. And yum, tried this for the first time last month. But baked them in my toaster oven. Enjoyed them tremendously. They were not as fancy as yours though Ms Debbie. I just used water and the plantains, flour and salt. Think I added a little sugar too. Cant remember. But I always add sugar to the batter because for some reason the bananas people selling in the box are not ripened enough so they are fresh. If they are well ripe, then I don't add sugar.

Does not have to darken the kitchen. Lower the iris and the aperture or increase the shutter speed.
