Riding the Lake Taupo Huka Trails

Come for a ride with us on the stunning Lake Taupo Huka Cycle Trails.
We ride from Spa Park on the Rotary Ride to the impressive Huka Falls. Then we continue onwards to Aratiatia Dam to watch the gates open for a spill, then back on the other side of theWaikato River to the MTB Hub before heading across the Huka Falls Bridge back to Spa Park.

Great video. I did this ride for the first time April 2022. I found it challenging, but then I am a senior and I was riding an electric bike. I am glad that I experienced the trail.

Thanks Helen! It’s a really interesting ride though there. I love Huka falls and the Aratiatia dam rapids were impressive too.
