The city, the neighbors, condo owners should give you a medal of service or some kind of recognition for your hard work in cleaning up your city. You gave that neighborhood a usable sidewalk and made that corner look more appealing to those new condos and neighborhood. No one can say you 2 are afraid of a challenge! Bless you both. Great job! Yep, and leave it to Houston to stick utility poles right in the middle of it. By the way, the site of those new condos or apartments used to be where the Emile Street Community Farm was located about 12 years ago. And the land that M&D Lawn Care cleared had been the site of a community garden.

Fabulous work! It’s kinda like an archeological dig at first, you never know what you’ll find hidden under all that grass. The clues to a murder scene that got overlooked, reminders of broken hearts, parts from homes no longer standing and of course garbage from lazy people. 😉🤗 Watching your videos is like an adventure and I enjoy every one of them! 😊

Any video that starts with you guys going "old school" and using machetes to chop through the brush is guaranteed to be special. And oddly enough, at first I thought I was re-watching that other corner lot video. Again, a wonderful job. And the people living behind that iron fence must be delighted at the transformation. Amazing teamwork and the note from whoever left the teddy bear was really touching. Extremely well done.

Awesome job on this neglected corner lot! Love how you push the mower to do a lot of the heavy work just plowing into those heavy weeds, even lowering the deck onto the sidewalks to help clear as much as possible. Saves a lot of extra shovel work. Looks amazing and I’m sure all of your hard work is much appreciated by the neighbors and community in general! Great job guys, nothing makes me madder that when people see an abandoned lot and think that it their personal dumping ground. you did a terrific job in cleaning up this lot. On another note, I commented earlier that the device that you use on your foot should be called a sod kicker and you stated that others called it
