It's always amazing how much dirt comes off. There is something you can put on oil stains but I can't remember what it is at this moment. Great job🎉

@@mjdpressurewashing4175 He or y'all could pour bleach on the worst places and it might brighten those black areas, but it could be spray paint. Also spraying bleach first...especially on the back wall...and then lightly using your wand can take that mold off.

You were right-that was a filthy driveway! Between his yard and driveway, the property screamed Depression. I hope he can now adjust to his grief and continue the upkeep as honor for his parents and motivation for him to continue to live without them even though he misses them.

there's this stuff they use in the UK and it's called Stinky Pinky. You only need a little drop or two and the stains come out in 10 minutes of soaking. amazing stuff.

Depression can be so dehabilitating and turn a person into a mental cripple. Would like to think all this clean up and power washing will give the homeowner a sense of hope and motivation to keep things up and become happier with with new goals and moving forward so he is i a better place. He won't be less depressed unless he gets out of the house and starts taking care of it. Maybe a trip to the Doctor for ant-depressants as well. He could pour bleach on those black spots and start planting and mulching the side areas. He didn't even seem appreciative...just lazy.

Most of the driveways where I live are asphalt, so I didn't know concrete could get so grungy! Not only does it make the house 'pop', it'll be safer for him after a rain.

Asphalt is usually up North because of all the snow. Concrete in less cold areas. But you can paint the curbs of your driveway white. It looks really good together and helps to see the driveway. P.S. You can still softly wash asphalt. It gets dirty.

Great job guys! I'd love to see you do a part three on that building in the back. Now that everything else is so cleaned up it stands out as an eyesore. I know you can't do much with it, especially the wood. If not, that is already a fantastic transformation with the yard cleaned up and the driveway cleaned off so nicely. There's chemicals you can use to get rid of oil and rust stains. For rust stains, a product callled "Stinky Pink" is very effecient. You apply it, scrub it in with a stiff bristled brush, it'll turn a bright purple, let sit for a bit, gently mist it after a while so that it doesn't dry out. And then pressure rinse it off after a bit. Rust stain gone.

If you want to get oil stains off concrete just mix you a 50/50 mix of hydrochloric acid and water in a pump sprayer and let it sit 10-15 minutes and it’ll wash off with a hose You can get it from any hardware store for around $20

Such a wonderful transformation! I had really hoped it would help this owner and get him motivated but I did notice at the very end when he came out to look at the job done and the driveway so cleaned up, this guy couldn't even crack a smile or barely converse. Depression can get so deep, it's noticeable and actually can make people feel uncomfortable looking for things to say. This man needs serious help. I pray he will snap out of it. He seemed to be such a nice fellow. You guys came at a perfect time for him. I do pray it works out for him and he will help himself. Keep up your fantastic work. What a wonderful job you did. THIS is the outside residential transformation I have been yearning for!!!! Most often people come thru and clean up the overgrown shrubs, perhaps cut back a few trees, edge and then mow. While this service is not to be downplayed as it gives the homeowner such a boost... still, the cutting back and clearing often reveals some hardscape issues that are sorely In need of attention as well. This house is a perfect example of that and I am just so very grateful that you returned to complete this transformation!!! Bless you for what you do!!!

I was noticing the neighborhood you were working in here and my first gut reaction was "why?" because the rest of the hood looked dirty too....but then my heart kicked in and I understood that if you only help the people who have nice houses to begin with, then that's not very neighborly of you.
