- In 2020 the Scuderia AlphaTauri Honda AT01 car was officially launched at Hangar 7 on February 14. The team, formerly known as Scuderia Toro Rosso for 14 Formula 1 seasons, opened a new era with Red Bull’s premium fashion brand AlphaTauri as a sponsor. But the F1 season was put on ice for three months due to COVID-19.
Finally, in June it was announced that the F1 season would start with a doubleheader at the Red Bull Ring. With racing on the return, we embedded a film crew with the team, at their home base in Faenza, Italy. Packed with exclusive interviews and insider perspectives, the short-format release reveals the pressure, emotion and hard work involved in starting - and restarting - a season put on hold by a global pandemic. Pierre and AlphaTauri you are champions! What a beautiful P1 finish at Monza. This weekend meant so much to F1 fans. I, like so many others identify with Pierre, cheer for him and love him. For anyone who has ever been told “you’re not good enough” Pierre shows what humility, patience and perseverance can lead to. Thank you AlphaTauri and F1 for everything you risk and sacrifice to bring the thrill and much needed distraction of motor sports into our lives. Pierre you are an inspirational young man, you made me cry this weekend. I’m proud to be among your many fans.
Respect for Pierre Gasly. He is an amazing driver.

Meh 6 minutes in and there's so little actually being said with overly dramatic effects and distracting music. Even though the production quality is high and it's tense, for me it's just another of those classic documentaries...

This was amazing, Gasly's drag race against Hamilton in Brazil last year was for me the greatest moment of the season hope more podiums will follow.

I'll be honest, I think him leaving Red Bull's team was the best thing for Gasly. I think it really pushed him mentally, and drove him to push his talent further, to push his confidence further, everything. I wouldn't be surprised him Red Bulls principle expected it.. I believe Gasly will be a great driver this generation and am excited to watch him and the other 'rookies' compete the next few years!

I had tears in my eyes and I was yelling through the room when that happened it was soo exciting and soo good after that season.
@@chrishammer5925 I feel that, the car at the start wasn't great which makes it hard to feel comfortable and then also to have a lot of expectations and pressure I think he couldn't cope. Also since his return at Toro Roso or now Alpha Tauri he has been great.

@@prommerjakub Vettel gave them their first win as Torro Rosso before they were rebranded as Alpha Tauri. Technically, the same team just with a different name. They were originally Minardi, the most beloved team in F1.
