Just tried this out as I really needed a way to have a macro trigger the playback fader but is there a way to have it smoothly bring the fader up or down?
Not using a Live Macro as these are immediately execute - using a normal keyboard macro this would work (set timing to Internal TC and it would respect the timing taken when raising/lowering the fader for a smoother fade).
I saw on youtube somebody made a building positions macro without explanations. Is this possible with live macro function or I should try it with normal way?
This is not possible with Live Macro's, Live Macro's are used as a live tool for executing playbacks/items. I suspect the video used keyboard Macro's to do this.

Live Macros are used on a live environment for executing of multiple changes all at one time.
