Osaka Station is the largest terminal station in western Japan, located in the center of Umeda, Osaka's largest downtown and business district. The station is characterized by the huge roof covering the entire platform, the over-track station
building, and the buildings on both the north and south sides of the station. The station building, Osaka Station City, is a huge commercial complex consisting of Osaka Station as its core. Enjoy shopping, souvenirs, and dining at approximately 600 stores with a wide variety of stores. I like Osaka Station very much. I buy a Campari soda at the cafe bar in Toki-no-hiroba plaza, on the connecting bridge, directly above the platform, and drink it while looking down on the platform, which is very relaxing.
