This is the new boss from the event storm clarice and storm ludmilla are hard to defeat.
Strategy:
First Phase 1st Phase 0:00
1. Defeat the giant mori first
Second Phase 2nd Phase 3:37
2. strike clarice first and dont strike storm ludmilla otherwise you lost
3. dont attack if ludmilla is on shield...wait for her shield to disappear
4. defeat ludmilla after clarice

I ended up using a maxxed new astrid merc with my fa gawain, paired with lud clar and eves and a weak gaurd to hit ludmilla so he can die (as well as stall clar for 100) after that I waited for the mori to use rebellion and went crazy on clar with gawain and astrid eventually she died, leaving only ludmilla and mori. I used rolo at this point to keep her stunned and the rest was easy

Yeah pretty easy compared to some other bosses, ex9 took more tries for me XD, I just used a fire team with bastrid castird nobu and fmirai, burnt through it like butter
