Is the insert removable? How do you adjust the straps for older babies?

Hi Destiny, the infant insert is removeable. The use is optional if you baby is older. To adjust the straps: go to back of the seat and you have to release the shoulder straps. there are 3 slots to adjust. After releasing the straps, take it out of the straps and put it in the next slot and finally attach the straps again. I tried to remove the strip from the front but I couldn't, and my rocker in the part where the foam comes, the strips are sewn together with it. I don't know how to remove them. 🤦🏻‍♀️
