Man erkennt einige Elemente aus Katzenmusik wieder ;-)
Kraut wave, could that be a suiting name of this genre/style? In that case give me a whole playlist of it. Mellow lofi digisynths and electric guitars. Nice.
The name that suited the most was applied to the german bands of the 80's, but i think it 'll worked for the late 60's & 70 bands, " Neue Deustche Welle",...cos Welle means wave also,... ;)
I myself not long far back ago in the not too bygone yonder invented *'Sassenachrock'* @@logonazo
I call it "German electronic Rock" - the school of Electronic Rock worldwide! It's mixed up with other german rock with analog technic. Britain and american
soldiers called the Germans "Krauts", because they found it funny that some Germans in the south of our country were eating sour kraut. So the german music is
called Krautrock. But it's diverse! Answer me if you need some special hints. Meanwhile you study this:

"Can" is a krautrock favorite band of mine.
@@mystified13 Can are big.
U2 took this this piece of music and turned it into "With or without you"
@P Mc this album released 1986, Joshua Tree released 1987?
This Neu track might have been recorded in 1986 but it wasn't first released until 1995, so unless U2 stole tapes from Neu's studio or something..
Edge was interviewed in guitar magazine some years ago.He stated that Neu and krautrock had a big influence on the Unforgettable fire and joshua Tree albums. Brian Eno introduced him to bands like Cluster and Tangerine Dream.
So apparently poor and repetitive, so apparently unoriginal... I love this deception.
