at 10:37 Edgar mentions organisations that are willing to help set up complementary currencies. I wonder what they are? Great talk by the way Edgar, these complementary currencies have huge scope, particularly those with demurrage (the value diminishes over time, so there is a motivation for users to spend their money fast.)
