The Most Dangerous road in Oman, Mibam ,قرية ميبام ,Wadi Tiwi, طيوي

Tiwi is a beautiful canyon located in the Al Sharqiyah Region of Oman, about 40 kilometers north of Sur. It's a dramatic spot where the Hajar Mountains meet the sea at Tiwi and are enclosed by steep canyon walls. and you can reach by 4WD or SUV thanks to the bumpy road. But then the less than 200km drive from Muscat will be a jolly good ride.
The wadi has been inhabited for at least a thousand years, and evidence of this can be seen in the old villages and abandoned terraces that dot the landscape.
The village of Mibam is full of crops such as palm tree plantations, lemons, citrus, quince, bananas, Tropical almond trees, mangoes, and grapes as well as the aflaj system feeding the village and the farms.
