  • It's day three of our five day backpacking trip on the Dientes Circuit in Isla Navarino, Chile. And the weather has given us a tiny window to break camp and make the most of it. It's time throw on the packs and jam through some mountain passes while we can!

Great videos. Day 2 for me was rainy, cloudy and windy. I admire you guys for pushing on in the snow. I'll never forget camping at lake escondido, the wind raged through all night like a freight train.

You guys are making history. I think I could do this trail with only images and references I get on your videos. It has been a pleasure to go along with you on this wonderful journey.
Thank you guys! And I'm anxious for the continuation of this difficult day.

Epic! Interesting about the beavers. The nutria in the Willamette Valley are a similar situation, in the other direction. They were brought in from South America for fur production, when that proved unprofitable they were released. Now they do lots of damage around ponds and waterways.

Very good documentation of this hike. Interesting how you started with sunshine at the trailhead and ended up with winter wonderland! Looking forward to watching the rest of series. And may I suggest making a detailed video at home of what to pack for backpacking? Always wondered what you cook and eat, hygiene stuff, power packs for phones, etc. Good planning for days outside is key. I’m a day hiker never backpacked. Thanks.
