- This week on the DoneDeal CZcams channel, we're reviewing the new 2021 Audi A2 TFSIe review. It's a plug in hybrid that combines a 1.4 turbo charged petrol engine with a 13kWh battery. Most importantly we will be answering the big question, should you buy a hybrid, an electric car or stick to diesel and petrol cars.
The A3 comes with a functional and large boot, space for rear passengers and a really comfortable and premium cabin. The isofix points are very easy to access, which means putting child seats in is a doddle. Wireless apple car play makes connecting your phone a walk in the park too.
When it comes to engines. there's everything from a 1.0 litre petrol, to a 2.0 diesel, and even the PHEV version we're testing.
We hope you enjoy the review, and thank you very much for taking the time to watch it. - Krátké a kreslené filmy
Good Job Mate
Been waiting a year for this model…. Looking forward to getting it 😊
What is the fuel consumption like on motorways?
I do 200 miles a week with 100 miles of that bring on a motorway and the rest being stop start city driving and a few 50mph roads... WHAT MPG are you getting on motorways?
Cracking car! Specially in that colour 😍
Hello dear Sir. Does the A3 40 tfsi e facelift, have this neat ambient lighting across the dashboard? Is it only standard in s line and up category? Thank you 🙏
Great fantastic review ! May i ask something ? Is this the standard suspension, sport suspension or the adaptive suspension ? I'm asking since you said it's smooth and i was wondering if the sport one is indeed smooth and not that harsh.
Hi Iasonas, I believe this one has the sports suspension. It's all relative. It feels very smooth for a sporty hatchback, however it's much stiffer than an equivalent SUV. The adaptive suspension is definitely the best option, however it's pricey here in Ireland!
I had a 2015 A3 PHEV and it had the battery pack replaced twice in 7 years with the car being off the road for over 3 months, avoid this model at all costs! Audi and the dealer totally washed their hands of the situation and were unbelievable for what claims to be a premium brand and product.
which mode for charging while driving for fully charged?
This looks like the competition line to me?
I cannot understand why they don't do the phev option in the saloon.
Does charging the battery via the engine impact MPG?
Of course it does.
Think about the cost of gas and the tax. and if you live in Europe, you will probably get a subsidy on the price when you buy a hybrid car
Just ordered the 45 competition model in this colour 245ps.
Hi. Just ordered one today. How long lead time did you wait? I'm currently waiting for an estimated delivery. Would appreciate your feedback. Thank you.
@@thegreek3174 I cancelled it. I waited 6 months. Then they pushed it back 2 months. Then 2 months came and went, then said another 4 months. So I cancelled my order and got a new Mercedes EQA250+ - 7 weeks from order to collection.
@@thegreek3174 hope your wait isn’t as long and you enjoy it. But I got sick of waiting. Lovely car. It’s stunning, but Audi massively messed me about with false timeQ Mercedes promised within 8 week- I didn’t expect it as Audi said the same. But it came in 7 weeks. And I love it
@deano 1 appreciate the information. Fingers crossed that I get a decent lead time. Otherwise, I may end up following suit. Beautiful choice in the EQA by the way. Enjoy mate. 👍
How many horsepower does the electric motor have, is it about 115 horsepower or what?
148hp from petrol engine 54 horsepower from electric motor
is it awd / fwd / rwd ?
Hi, it’s front wheel drive 🚘
For the size of car and price, the boot space is too small (same as Ford Fiesta). I would prefer a PHEV saloon because of that, if only there was one.
But why does it have less horsepower than a Golf GTE. is it something internally decided that they should not compete with each other or what. Golf GTE also has two genuine real exhaust pipes
Because this is the step down. The one competing with those category is the Audi 45 TFSI E this is the 40 e
remember one thing, an electric motor basically gives full torque from rev 300, which is basically nothing in a car context
@@Andersljungberg I don't see where that's relevant to what we're saying but yes you are correct it kicks in very low
