    I’ve been listening to this almost 3 weeks and Just had to post that it has worked for me. I’m not even hungry most the time and when I eat it’s very little. So far I lost 15lbs, I feel it has to be the video cuz I haven’t done anything different. Definitely listen to it.

    Down 23.5 pounds now in six weeks. My eating habits have changed so much and it’s so easy not to snack. I literally don’t even think about food between meals! I still have issues with my portion sizes ... I serve myself what I consider a small serving, start eating and discover I can’t even finish what I served myself! My dogs love it. 😂
    I highly recommend this video to anyone who is struggling with weight issues, sugar cravings (mine have disappeared) and/or self image issues.

    I am not sure if anyone is monitoring this but I have lost 18 pounds in three weeks. I broke my hip on Valentine’s Day, and then had a full knee replacement four weeks ago. I just said I would try this and the results i am seeing are incredible. It is curbed my cravings.

      Gi, try listening once each day for 2 weeks. You can listen for more days if you like and if you want to listen for the 2 weeks and then take a break and relisten later that is ok too. It's very flexible and is really what suits you. Listening anytime is fine (so long as you are in a place where it is safe to close your eyes and "check out") but this was designed to listen to when you go to bed of an evening.

    I have been listening, well playing this, as I sleep. I use it as a prong in my four part weight loss regimen, which consists of drinking water, self talk, eating better, and exercise. I have noticed my self control with food has become so much easier and more disciplined. I am finding that food is not hard to resist as it has been before. I actually feel empowered.       Thats exactly what I do! Wake up, meditate, self talk/ affirmations. Exercise, eat healthy, live happily, repeat.
      I have NEVER craved a salad in my life! I drank nothing but soda & liquor lol. Now, I crave salads, fruits & water (without fluoride). This stuff really works if you work it! You just have to believe & drop all expectations. My whole life has changed!

    I started listening to this about a week ago. I had tried other subliminal videos but most lasted all night and I was waking up with headaches. This is absolutely amazing. In one week I have dropped six pounds and it is effortless. This self-hypnosis video has completely changed my attitude toward food and improved my self-esteem and awareness. I eat three meals a day. I have zero desire to snack at all day or night. I find myself looking for healthy foods to eat over non healthy food. It’s easy to eat smaller portions. I don’t even care to overeat. I’m am becoming more active again and find myself looking for excuses to go walking.
    I love the fact this works and only lasts an hour, allowing me to get quality sleep through the night.
    Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Eight years ago, I lost 100 pounds and kept it off until last October when I had knee surgery. After that, unable to exercise, the weight started creeping back on. I felt so desperate and couldn’t seem to control my eating until so came across this wonderful video. Now I’m heading back to a healthy weight and believe me, being slimmer over the past eight years improved my quality of life in so many ways.     Cant say ive “lost weight” but after listening to it at least 6 days out of 7 pw for the last 3 weeks, ive noticed a huge drop in appetite, i used to be a huge weekend food binger and every weekend id eat basically any and everything, now the thought of eating big portions makes me profoundly unwell. Still enjoy a nice treat but the desire to gorge myself till I cant eat anymore has gone.

      Hi Steph, with the changes in eating you describe you should notice clothes are looser (sometimes it doesn't show on scales because of fat/muscle ratio). Introduce some extra movement into your day to have more success :)

    I have been using this for around 5 weeks and 100 percent something is getting thru. I had to fast forward to see what was being said as I always fell asleep before I heard anything about weight loss. My want for food had lessened I am not wanting to graze like I do and less likely to reach for pie over a salad. It's an interesting technique and some days I switch it up but my preference is this one. Don't give up on it....keep listening. It will work with time.

    Ive been listening for over a week and noticed my cravings have stopped completely. Especially sugar. I desire to eat healthy foods and exercise and drink Water. I always want water. I am conscious of my portions and definitely stop snacking. I didn't weigh myself before and after but i feel great and more in control of my old bad habits. It truly works!

    Hi! I’ve been listening to this for about a month now and the most noticeable progress I’ve had is loss of appetite. I have no want for breakfast when I wake up in the morning and I don’t snack between meals. I am pairing this with working out for 30 minutes each day so I’m seeing gradual change.
    I’ve known I’ve always “liked food too much” but never thought it’d be a deep mental obstacle to overcome. I’m very happy to have found this video and wish I could’ve a lot earlier! ❤️

    About 8 weeks ago I said "WTH, it can't hurt." Sceptical, but open to the possibility of it working. I'm now down 18lbs, and steadily losing about 2lbs a week. I listened most nights for a month like it suggested. I still listen to this and other weight loss hypnosis videos occasionally.

    I’ve been listening for about 10 days. I haven’t been weighing myself but my binge cravings have gone entirely. I’m hardly hungry - even when I am I struggle to eat because I have no appetite for anything! This is so much better than fad diets!

      for weight loss to be permanent you must adopt new food behaviours (that is where diets let you down as you lose weight while dieting but then what? you go back to eating as before and put the weight back on. All habits are formed in the mind :)

    Thank you for this video, I have been listening to this for the past week every night and I have found my unhealthy food cravings have gone and been replaced by wanting healthy foods. I am now changing how I eat and have found my mindset has changed for the better. I shall update continually over a period of months to report my progress for others as I find not many do this so it's hard to tell if these things work or not. I can say for myself that this and the other 2 videos I play on a nightly basis are doing wonders for my kick start in losing weight.

    I've been listening for nearly 3 weeks nightly. I genuinely believe that I have less thoughts about food. It hasn't stopped me eating crap but that's okay x the brain space is lovely 💛

    76 out of 77 comments are positive. Feeling like this could be the answer for me. I’ll update in a week or two with my results. I need this to cut my sugar cravings. Seems when I indulge in sweets, I have sabotaged myself for the rest of the day. I’m a sugar addict.

      I'm a sugar addict too, it's horrible, I bought.... good sugar, bad sugar by Alan Carr, trying this and the book too, I think hypnosis is the answer, the book is kinda like hypnosis in a way.

    I listened to this for almost 2 weeks and was delighted that it was working. Then my husband came home from after being away working for 2 months, now I can't listen because of his snoring, even when listening through ear phones. I'm really upset, does anyone have any ideas? I'm looking at trying noise cancelling ear phones but they're not cheap. I'm hoping he'll soon be getting a cpap machine which is at least a constant noise, so I may have to wait till then to try again.
    Keep up the good work though, I love your soft gentle voice. xx
    Update: my husband now has his cpap machine for his sleep apnoea and I am now listening again - and it's working, thank you x

    Hi xx I thought I would try this for a month as suggested xx there are so many products and hypnotherapy videos out there, you can get lost in all of it. This video stood out to me and as I am recovering from shoulder surgery and am off work there is no exercise at all. What have I got to lose. I am going to comment every week truthfully on how it is going. I have listened to this video for 3 nights now and to be truthful for the past 2 evenings I have eaten stuff not good for me but I have suffered with my internal nagging more, and have also felt very blotted and that has never happened before. Today I had less cereal in my bowl than normal with out forcing myself to have less and lunch was fruit loaf and cheese, now normally 6 slices is what I have, which in fact I did but after I ate 3 slices, I was like no don’t want any more and didn’t eat anymore of it. I even put it on my husbands tablet and he listened to it for the first time last night. Will keep posting xxxx

    I started this two days ago and I think it's working, I already have loss of appetite before I did this and now I just seem to not be that hungry even when I think so I'm pretty sure it works great

    I will start to listen to this from today’s night on ..... it’s 8th of July and I weight 59kg (I don’t know my exact weight, it’s probably something like 59,5 or smth like that) Wish me luck
    Okay so today (9th of july) when I woke up, I weighted 58,9 kg. Usually, I only weight less in the morning when I stopped eating early the day before. But yesterday I‘ve had bread just 2 hours before I went to sleep and I still weight less than before. 😌 im happy

      I have lost 1 stone 2lbs in 6 weeks. I am disabled and struggle to get out my chair. I focused on my young slim me and as long as i put nyself in that body in my mind i can get up straight away.

    I've been doing this for about a week now..... my other half works nights, so the nights we are home together I dont get to listen... but, I've noticed a huge difference in my cravings... im a weed smoker... and usuly get bad munchies.... im proud of myself. I've been trying to get my sister and mother into it :)

      fabgriffin ru serious?? I’ve been listening to a different one for 1/2 month nothing has changed! So I listened to this one lastnight 🤞🏻. I wonder if a person needs to always listen after the desired weight is gone!? Anyway would like to hear ur comments thx. Ps. Did u use stereo earphones?

      I am still listening to this but not every night like I did in the beginning. Now I probably listen once a week. I am down 54 pounds from the beginning. I used my blue tooth device for my cell phone. All I can say is it works for me; just have an open mind and try it for a while.

    I was sleeping so soundly with this. Very relaxing and helpful. Unfortunately, the last 3 nights I have been startled awake by loud Ads just before the session was ending. Once I am awake, it's very hard to settle again.

    I think this works ...first night I listened I woke up the next day and started back my exercise. ...been delaying that for weeks now and finally I did it after watching the video...second day I listened I feel so full and not even feeling to eat much junk....today someone actually told me I look like I lost weight. ..not sure 8f it's the mediation or natural but I'm definitely gonna keep listening....will update as I go along

    I think I’ve been sleeping to this for a week now and I’m losing my appetite, I legit only crave “refreshing” drinks like fruit drinks or fruit salads
    I still crave my morning coffee but my taste buds hate the taste of it now :(
    Especially meats, it just tastes funny to me so I don’t eat as much now
    I still want my coffees tho, however, if my taste buds still don’t like it, I’ll cut coffee out completely
    Will do another review next week!

    Been listening for 4 nights now. The first day, I was still craving food. By the second day, after I woke up, I don’t have any craving at all. My belly was growling cuz it was time to eat and my brain want me to eat but I didn’t feel like I wanted to eat anything. I waited until 6pm to see how long I can handle it. To be honest I didn’t feel like eating but my brain kept telling me to eat a bag of potato chip. And I did and I had one beef jerky and that was it for me. The 3rd day, I felt the same, no craving whatsoever. Pretty much I didn’t feel like eating, like I didn’t have the appetite. It was very weird that I was feeling like this. That’s when I know it’s working!!! I lost 2 pounds already within 4 days of listening to this. I will stick to it until I reach my weight goal which is about 15 pounds!!! Everybody should give this a try. Just listen to it and fall asleep and let it play out. Don’t worry about and trust the universe and keep telling yourself “I am skinny!!!!”

    I just started last night. I am a 57 year old female am 5'7" and weigh 239 lbs. I had excellent results from last night. Today I have not been at all hungry, had good energy, and have had 3 healthy meals and became too full to finish any of them. I am very hopeful. I will weigh again in 1 week and post my progress. Wish me luck. I really need to lose weight for my health.

    I took a self-hypnosis course in the past and read extensively about it later and a CONSTANT rule was never to frame your messages in the negative "no/not/never" but to switch the framing into positive terms instead. Oddly enough, this video is full of negative framing! Given my past course was very helpful and continues to be so, I'll stick to that and dismiss this.

    I am a “thick chick” lol and have struggled with my weight my entire adult life.
    My daughter got me listening to ASMR, and one day this showed up in the feed. I started listening on a whim two days ago. Now I notice, I want water, I get full quickly, and I am not dying to have sweets.
    I am not weighing myself, so this will be fun to see how the next 28 days play out.

      Angela White I wish it were this easy. A free video on CZcams suddenly cures obesity, binge eating and bad food relationships. If that were the case everyone would do it and they would charge for these recordings. Until you unravel years of bad habits and figure out why you can’t just eat healthy and exercise you won’t be able to correct it. Not trying to burst your bubble, but most people don’t understand this. Angies way nutrition info on fb and Insta tons of free advice on the truth about food and food relationships. Worth a follow for the good info. Good luck ❤️.

      I Respect and appreciate your opinion and outlook. I have been on a weight-loss journey several times. Frequently it requires a restart. LOL. I don’t think this Video is a cure-all. It is however the beginning of one’s ability to encourage themselves to motivate or re-motivate the process again.
