    I'm at day 4 , no weight loss but I am starting to eat less and get full more easily .

      I'm a former, long-time grave shift worker, so my "hunger pangs" come between 10pm & 2am. This and other weight-loss hypnosis sure helps. I guess I should give it the 15 nite challenge, instead of just listening occasionally. Nocturnal habits are in themselves, hard to break.

      Honestly being consistent about listening to this and truly believing and visualizing losing the weight I actually stopped listening to this for 2 weeks and gained 3 lbs but how I’m back on it and again my appetite has gotten smaller and I’m down to 222 instead of the 225 from 2 weeks ago

      I am morbidly obese and disabled and ate constantly. Been listening to this for a week now. I have stopped eating junk. When faced with an option of good or bad food i instinctively choose the good. I eat less and am full. The best bit is before i get up from a chair etc, which is hard for me i visualise my young fit body and get up normally. My hubby is a junk buyer and eater. Last night i played the video in bed close to his ear. Hoping it goes in. I feel even at Morbidly obese more positive about myself. Satsumas and bananas are my go to if i start to get a pang but don't really feel the need to snack anymore. I am going to listen every night forever

      My “roundness” has protected me from getting hurt again, but I think it’s time to re-think that, as my weight has taken a toll on my health. Day five able to wait until I am actually hungry before I eat. Snacking has lessened . Sleeping is getting better.

I am Working on it with water .. exercise and starting today, this video!     Umm I’ve been listening to lots of different hypnotic videos and I find my self coming back for this particular video. I’ve been listening to it for almost 2 months and I find getting up to exercise is easier, saying no to junk food got easier, I’m more conscious about what I put in my mouth. I’ve lost 30 lbs and it seemed easy to do ! I do recommend this video 💯

      This is optimistic. I used to lose weight with a classic low fat diet which I quite enjoy. Now I'm older it isn't working. So thinking about reducing wheat from my diet but love cereal and bread.

    I’ve listened for 17 days and have lost 14 lbs. I’ve been counting calories but I am an absolute stress/anxiety/depression eater. Although plenty has happened, I have very rarely craved any food that I normally would use to cope.
    Idk wtf this voodoo magic is but it is absolutely working for me.

      Awesome work ! Your repeated listening just worked with your unconscious mind so as when you were in stressful etc situations during the day you didn't revert to old habits of eating - you were mindful. Doing this repeatedly sets up new (and better) ways of coping. If you ever find yourself slipping into old ways just re-listen for a week or so to set yourself back up.

      **magic ritual of rice to lose weight
      miraculously**
      *wednesday*
      in half a glass of water put the number of grains of rice corresponding to the number of kilos you want to lose. put in a prudent amount, without exaggeration. let it rest all day and at night drink the water, leaving the rice grains . replace water, half a glass, with the same grains of rice inside. let it rest overnight and
      on *thursday* morning, while fasting, (half an hour before breakfast) drink the water, leaving the rice inside again. add water to the middle of the glass and let it rest.
      in the morning of *friday*, drink the water and also the rice, *all together*.
      for this ritual keep *always the same glass*,
      it is also not necessary to follow a rigorous diet, as it is very effective.

    I first listened to this only last night. I’ve been trying to overcome depression, and I can’t event get out of bed most days. I had the most motivated routine in probably years this morning after listening. I didn’t even look at any unhealthy foods, I went on a 2 hour walk, studied and did some workouts. And this is only the first day! I’ll update on day 15

    In the 80s I used a weight loss meditation tape to get me through Christmas. One of the examples on the tape of what to avoid was the food at a Christmas party. TO THIS DAY I CANNOT EAT ANYTHING AT A CHRISTMAS PARTY! I just started this meditation and I'm finding I'm able to make the right choices that help me at 3 PM, my most vulnerable time of the day. I'm going for the gold on this 9ne!

    I can't believe how this is actually working. The first day after I listened to it, I went to the supermarket and only bought healthy things, avoiding the aisles with junk food and snacks. This alone left me pleasantly surprised. It's two months or so and I'm eating a low carb diet, but not very strict, I feel it's a new way of life so I'm not in a hurry to lose weight, still a bit impatient at times, I admit. Anyway I'm down 7 pounds and have a lot to go. It was literally the answer to my prayers. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Oh and I'm 50 and couldn't lose weight for the sake of me, even counting calories.
    Update, down 11 pounds and going strong, very pleased :)
    Update October 19 down 15 pounds and starting to exercise, slow but steady.

    this actually DOES work you guys. it completely alters your mindset and suppresses your appetite and doesn’t force you to think about food as much. i for sure recommend this, it’s the only weight loss meditation i use. i come back to it a lot if my habits are getting bad again and it’s extremely helpful!

    This may be the most effective hypnosis I've ever tried. I am down 2 kg in a week and I feel lot lighter and my appetite is reduced. I am not counting calories or exercising at all. I will continue to use it and update. I have 8 more kg to lose, so wish me luck :))

    I am officially 2 weeks in to my weight loss journey and have lost 8.5 lbs listening to this every single night. I have had very minimal cravings and am just not as hungry making being in a caloric deficit SO much easier. I’ve tried losing weight so many times but for the first time it feels much easier which leads me to believe, it has got to be this!!!! Definitely worth listening to

      **magic ritual of rice to lose weight
      miraculously**
      *wednesday*
      in half a glass of water put the number of grains of rice corresponding to the number of kilos you want to lose. put in a prudent amount, without exaggeration. let it rest all day and at night drink the water, leaving the rice grains . replace water, half a glass, with the same grains of rice inside. let it rest overnight and

    So I've only been listening for 1 week, but lost almost 2 pounds. Nothing short of a miracle for me. I'm post menopausal and 66 and lucky to lose 1/2 a pound in a week when trying really hard.     OMG this really worked after just my first night.
    I was so full and round and bloated a size 14UK but with a distended belly..
    I have lost rolls from my back, my stomach has shrunk and come in on itself, I just need to tighten up now, my legs have slimmed down and my face gas become smaller.
    I've not lost weight on scales but I LOOK and FEEL a whole size smaller.
    I DID THIS MULTIPLE TIMES A NIGHT AND AT LEAST ONCE IN DAY...

    Hypnosis is amazing. I had 2 hypnotic births at home. The 2nd one in July 2015 was completely pain free. I didnt even feel the ring of fire. The first hypno birth was August 2013 not completely pain free but the hardest part, right at the end, was pain free. And her shoulders got stuck!
    I'm sharing all this to let everyone know hypnosis is powerful and it works. Your mind is so powerful. Let your guard down and allow this to work.

    Last night was day 1. I drifted off to sleep. That's o.k. The subconscious hears, and it never sleeps. I'm embarking on a new phase of my life. One where I love ME. Where I take care of ME. To be sure, this is an important part of that whole plan. But it is only one part of Operation Georgia. I'm excited for this, as I have spent some 30+ years taking care of everyone else.     I'm at about day five. I don't weigh myself much because my scale is not reliable but my jeans are much looser and I've sort of lost interest in most foods except the occasional crunchy salad, tuna, fruits and vegetables...lol. Loving the loose jeans, oh yes! Thank you!

    I consider myself a bit of a sugar addict. I can eat well all day but as night falls all of a sudden I became a snack queen on everything bad for me 🤣 I’m only a few days into this channels weight loss meditations and I genuinely don’t crave them anymore. I’m feeling fuller on smaller portions, and while certainly not denying myself everything nice, I’m not craving sugar and snacks and turning to them. I’m already getting slimmer but more importantly I am feeling better. Beautiful work by the creator. Thank you 🙏🏻 we all deserve to feel beautiful 🙏🏻

    It's been over 2 weeks and I've lost maybe 2 lbs +, not sure as I don't have a scale. One thing for sure, I eat less and eat healthier. I don't crave junk food as much and like I said, I eat things that I never thought I would....like apples with peanut butter for a snack, I drink tons of water which I never did before....and I go out for walks/ runs every day and I feel great!     Wow, I listened to this for the first time last night and I can’t tell if I was dreaming or whatever it was but I was in this completely white space and I was walking towards my ‘new self’ (the way I use to look when I was slimmer and the way I aim to look when I lose weight). my new self was talking to my ‘old self’ (the way I am now) telling me how amazing you’re going to feel and how it will all be worth it etc and it made me so emotional - and this was only the first night of listening!!!! 💜 Thank you!

      Last night was night 11, so today is Day 10. Today I met with some friends who I meet up with a couple of times a year. We usually sink some red wine! However, today I found it hard to finish even one glass of wine. It tasted fine, I just didn't want it. This hypnosis thing is really great.

    I used this kind of meditation from 2017 to 2020 and i went from 92kg to 54 kg, i started to eat healthy food and training was making me happy (thanks to the meditation)
    Since 2020 i went to separation and i lost my way to meditate so i gained 20 something.... Started again this meditation on 24th of March at 78 kg. I do it every night before i go to sleep and i actually sleep just 10 minutes in. Today on the 29th i weight 71,6 kg ❤️
    I dont do nothing special! My subconscious mind is working during night and i dont feel the need for Sugar or bad food anymore and its awesome! I recommend even to use other meditations ad a Loop during night. I use manifest money, manifest abundance,you name it! Wish you all good luck ❤❤❤

    Remeber guys, that because of nueroplasticity, our minds can always learn new habits and patterns of thinking, and we are able to reprogram it in such a way that we can be our ideal weights, ideal bodies, and enjoy food too. But pls remeber reprogramming years of consistent programming will take some more consistent programming to change, so pls stay consistent. I'm using this and another meditation as well.     Today is 6 November 2018. I am at 93,8. My starting weight was 95kg. I have a discipline now that I never had. I no longer crave sweet things, say no to food and is eating much less.     Woah! I woke up this morning feeling kinda hungry but with no desire to eat. Had to push through breakfast cause I'm a teen kid and becoming anorexic is not my goal. But this is powerful! Prayer is also an important element in weight loss! God is so in control, but sometimes we need to learn that what we look like isn't the most important thing, though it can seem that sometimes I know! You are all beautiful no matter what you look like as long as you are kind and loving! I can be mean...I'm not always nice...being mean or naughty never makes me feel beautiful. I'm sure you all are incredibly sweet human beings and losing weight doesn't mean your self centered. Sometimes we just need to get things out of the way before we can start to lead an even better life! You are all amazing humans and I love you without even knowing you! God created you and you are beautiful! If losing weight will make you feel more beautiful go ahead, that's totally okay!     Eh, this shit actually DOES work... be consistent. You will notice a lack of desire to consume junk. You will eat less, and you will be eager to listen EVERY day before going to sleep.     Started listening 3 nights ago and now I don't have the urge to over eat or impulse eat. My family had a birthday party the other day and instead of indulging in lots of sweets i kinda just had a little and once I ate it I didn't really crave it but I did eat a good portion of fruits.

    The seeds planted into my subconscious mind from this video helped me to take the 1st step in letting go of what was no longer serving me (toxic people, junk food and stressful work) and I released 8 pounds in 9 days.     I am so amazed. I have been usi g this meditation along witha few others since April 2020 and now just in 5 months I have lost 17lbs. I am so happy with my results. Im not to my goal yet but slow and steady I will reach it before the year is up. Thank you so much for posting this.

    Started yesterday... didn’t overeat today... trying to loose 130lbs. I work at a grocery store. I’ve been struggling with my weight for 20+ years,

    4th night 1.5 lbs down! Hardly snacking on bags of crisis, chocolate or biscuits...its beginning to change my thought process on junk food and switching me onto healthy food instead!......day 6 another 1.5 lbs down, this really is changing my mindset over food and not overeating the wrong food I'm still having a small treat after my evening meal tho yet to scales are showing a weight loss !

    I am 8 days in and I have been eating less for meals. I usually finish a full plate and go for seconds but I can barely make it half way! I one time ate out and I finished most of my food, but I felt very sick afterward due to being full. Something is definitely working!!!

    Since there are so many positive comments, I am going to give it a shot with today being day 1. I aim to lose 21kgs, so let's see if this helps with my appetite suppression. Will update if it works!

      Ok I am myself giving some updates.I just listened once yesterday while sleeping and I can already feel and see the differences in my body.this definitely works.I will keep doing this for 14 more days and will update after that.

    Day ten...weigh in tonight. Actually noticing greatly decreased appetite and desire to eat much better choices. I.e. out for brunch, veggie omelette and switched out toast and hash browns for sliced tomatoes. Friends asking if l am becoming vegetarian. No, l still like meat but lots less of it.☺️

    Listened to this last night for the first time, woke up today. I didn’t eat nearly as much as I normally do and my usual constant craving for sweets and junk food was nonexistent. Starting it again tonight.

    I have been listening 👂 to this meditation for over 10 days and almost every time I get really hot and my body esp. my feet and hands start to itch. So much so I have to throw my bedding off, which distracts from the meditation. So it takes me a while to sleep.... Yet...
    That said I believe, it's my spirit shredding, melting and dissolving the extra heaviness and body fat I have allowed to settle on my bones. I have released the extra 12 kgs in spirit from 70 to 58, BMI from 31 to 23 and Dress size from 14 to 10, my ideal weight. And my body is following suit. I will update you by December. This is my intention, commitment and decision.
    Tell me more advise about the itch and heat please???

      Hi Sylvia! I only just found this meditation, so I hope you see this reply. Check physical causes first; because you may be irritated by laundry detergent, etc.
      Some people feel tingly as they go into trance. If it's reading as "itchy"--that's no fun! It may help to imagine that you're lying in the warm sun, your whole body absorbing that heat, relaxing you all the way down to your bones. The day is so perfect that, just as you start to get a bit too warm, the gentlest breeze flows across your skin, coolness and warmth mingling, sensation tingling along your skin.
      Or any other pleasant imagining :-)

    I'm only on day 2, but already, I can feel a difference. I don't have the urge to snack as much. And when I do the meditation, it actually feels like something is happening in and with my body. I'll keep you posted on how much I've actually lost.

I created a playlist that I listen to every night with this video and other of your videos. I start with this video and shuffle the rest of the play list so I never know what I'll be listening to!       Sarah's Jewelry Studio Helen is the BEST. I LOVE a her voice & everything she suggests is so positive. i listened to this one last night & got a better night sleep than i do with the sleep ones. i LOVE that as i have had sleep issues since my teens.
