This is a great song but I always feel Marti's onscreen presence sucks the life out of any song. This is a dramatic ballad, but she looks like she's reading a shopping list. I've noticed this with other songs as well. Great voice but not so good performer
I know what you mean, it was down to her management to help her bridge that gap from theatre to pop. Great song though and she definitely has something unique.
