Shinedown and papa roach went on a mental health crusade for it thats so positive the power of music brings us together. I saw them in syracuse this song and the whole concert ripped your heart apart. He sang this more in chesters style live and there wasnt a dry eye in the house

Music is therapy for your soul. I do music therapy all the time. I get on the drums and beat the hell out of them. I really didn't know it was such a thing tell my counselor told me about music therapy. So that's what I do. So Brian you do have Cedric that's great. But sometimes you need other professional people to help too. I know I told you my best friend is white too. And we been besties for 40 years ❤️
Go seek help it's no shame in it. I tell people all the time. I went to counseling and it really helped me . I'm a older women and when I loss my mother and father 4 months apart it did me in. I was the only one in my friends group that still had there mother and father. In January it will be 2 years now for my father and 2 in May for my mother. I got help and befor that I was in counseling for my depression. It's really helped me. And I'm not ashamed to say I'm in counseling. I tell everyone don't be ashamed to ask for help ❤️
