Thanks for the review. They look like they might be too long for tricep pushdowns, as you noted. But I bet they'd work for ab curls.

Yeah they work for an curls. I actually don't think they're too long for tricep pushdowns. I use them now for that. It's just that overall they are much bulkier than a traditional rope attachment.

they’re perfect for more contractions at the top of the movement because of the extended arm extension

Are strap loops big enough to fun feet through and use with cable machine for hamstring workout?

Yeah I think you could get your feet through them, but not sure how well they would stay put. That would be interesting. I'll try it out and report back.👍

So as a follow-up, yes the loops are big enough that you could put your feet through them. So you could potentially use it for hamstring curls.👍
